They'll temporarily step away from Detroit for the unfamiliar New Orleans real estate scene with its unexpected construction challenges, stretching their budget and creativity to rebuild affordable, fully furnished homes featuring classic NOLA design elements like wrought iron railings, arched doorways and corbel accents. Keith and Evan will be available for virtual as well as in-person interviews in Los Angeles.

UNWELL MARKETING - We’ve been studying big-budget marketing campaigns and we’ve taken note of the similarities between them and the marketing engine behind Alex Cooper’s brand and podcast. Her campaign looks like Universal’s “Wicked” and Kim Kardashians’ Skims. In this fragmented media landscape, if you want to build a lasting brand, don’t you have to meet consumers, media and social at the tentpole events that trend throughout the year? These events already have major media attending, massive crowds, and sponsor $$. So let’s take the past year. Alex hosted fan events at SXSW, The Kentucky Derby, The Olympics, first pitch at Fenway park, the Hamptons and now she’s heading out on a West Coast tour. But she’s taking it one step further than celebrity brands and films do. She’s not just on a red carpet, or behind the podcast mic, she’s passing out drinks, taking selfies and hosting the party which might just be firing up her community and creating lifelong fans.
