The 15th annual iHeartRadio Music Festival took place at T-Mobile Arena on Sept. 19 and 20, featuring epic performances over two days from Bailey Zimmerman, BigXthaPlug, Bryan Adams, Diplo, Ed Sheeran, GloRilla, Jelly Roll, John Fogerty, Justice, LL COOL J, Mariah Carey, Maroon 5, Sammy Hagar, Tate McRae, The Offspring, and Tim McGraw.

• Press coordination began in June with the performance lineup announcement, followed by planning around the backstage layout, technical requirements and executing the credentialing process. We worked closely with artist teams to coordinate on-site press activations with performing talent, as well as presenters, attending celebrities, and influencers. Additionally, we collaborated on messaging and integration with all partners and sponsors, including our streaming and broadcast partners.
• During the event weekend, the red carpet and press area operated in tandem with the show, allowing many artists to walk the carpet ahead of their stage time. This year’s press activations included dedicated broadcast positions for outlets such as Entertainment Tonight and E!, as well as photo, broadcast, and digital red carpet for all other press. We also hosted a portrait studio where artists captured bold, edgy, and playful photos, which were provided to E! Online. Additionally, we arranged for a Billboard photographer to capture behind-the-scenes moments backstage, which were featured in an exclusive post-show gallery.
• Inside the arena, press photographers shot from the soundboard area, and select media were provided tickets to attend and review the show. We wrapped up the weekend with the distribution of an EPK and a post-event highlights tip sheet, including photo links, which was shared with press to support extended coverage.
